n777 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

To register and use n777, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. n777 does not permit any person under 18 to create an account, deposit funds or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law at the time of play.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an n777 employee where such play may represent a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently active on n777 or any other platform where cross-exclusion applies.

n777 may ask you to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and retention of any winnings pending investigation. Providing false information about your age is grounds for permanent account closure.

Each person may hold exactly one account on n777. This is a strict one-account policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. n777 may request additional verification documents at any time, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), to confirm your identity.

• Your n777 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact n777 support immediately.
• n777 is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your account details with a third party.

Account registration is free. n777 does not charge any fee to create an account. There is also no minimum activity requirement — you will not be charged for an inactive account, though n777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity policy after 12 consecutive months of zero transactions (see Section 9).

n777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

All deposited funds must come from payment methods registered in your own name. n777 does not accept deposits from accounts held by third parties. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment account that does not match your registered n777 identity, the deposit will be reversed and the account reviewed.

n777 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where problem gambling indicators are identified, or where an account is under review for fraud. Any deposit limits applied to your account will be communicated via your registered email or mobile number.

n777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, tournament prize pools and cashback offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming.

General bonus rules that apply to all n777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on n777 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Time limits: Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the bonus expiry period result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. You cannot claim a new promotion until any existing bonus wagering requirement is complete or the bonus has expired.
• One per household: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses via multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Real money plays first: Where a player has both real money balance and bonus balance, real money funds are used first by default.

Withdrawals from your n777 account are processed as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. n777 does not send funds to third-party accounts.

• Using automated scripts, bots or software to play games or place bets on n777.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use n777 to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Any behaviour that harasses, threatens or abuses other players or n777 staff.

n777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• 12 or more consecutive months of zero account activity (deposits, withdrawals or gameplay). In such cases, n777 will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered contact details before applying any inactivity-related measures.

If you choose to close your account voluntarily, contact n777 support via live chat or email. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
